CI CLOUD SERVICE OPTIONS

SaaS

Subscription-based, centrally hosted delivery model for software licensing.

Managed Services

One annual payment bundling upgrades, call flow changes, and 24/7 support. The most hands-off approach.

Consumption

Billed by the number of transactions. This model is seasonal and usage based; a short term arrangement for full-time activity.

High Availability (HA)

For those who wish to maintain their on-premise communications center, but need a site for seasonal overflow, maintenance down times, or major business disruptions. Typically fees are part of a support and service contract.

Multi-Tenant

Gives a single host the ability to provide eONE's Virtual Concierge IVR Platform access to separate entities, or "Tenants," who wish to maintain their individual identities. Tenants maintain their own applications, call flows, and all aspects of the application in use–as though they have a dedicated cloud solution of their own.
