GLOBAL RETAIL: This globally recognized manufacturing and retail company employed CI’s eONE Conversational IVR and the Absence Reporting application that provides an employee self-service entry point. Available to all employees, the new solution is housed in CI’s cloud and provides SMS text message follow-up for the employee and appropriate management so all can be assured the absence was reported successfully.
CLOUD COMMUNICATION PROVIDER – This cloud communications provider is using eONE’s Virtual Concierge Attendant to deliver a tenant specific Auto Attendant to their Customers / Subscribers. The Virtual Attendant handles incoming callers and offers them the ability to ask for a person, department or other unique identifiers as provided by the company database.
STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT – This county chose CI to help them with a centralized self-service information point for all things relating to election information. The application is built to handle questions like, “am I registered” where is my polling location” or “how do I get an absentee ballot” without needing to speak with a country employee
