These campaigns can be run at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by prerecorded message or SMS text message.

The eONE List Dialer service gives you the ability to configure your eONE IVR system to out-dial or SMS text to predefined lists of individuals. This is done using an easy to configure interface. When out-dialing, the eONE List Dialer will detect voice energy on the other end of the line (for example, the call recipient saying "hello") and then proceed with the services that have been specified.
