CBM Plus is considered a "Caller First" call flow. CBM Plus gives callers in queue the option to leave a "Call Back Message". When the caller hangs up CBM Plus holds the caller's place in queue and when the time is right, calls the customer back. Upon answer the caller is connected to an available agent, or if the time is not convenient they can opt to go back in Queue, go about their normal day and take the next call when it comes.
