PayCall contacts customers via an out-dialing campaign for payment. Integrated to your back-of-house systems, PayCall can be database event driven (i.e. a payment due date can initiate inclusion in an out-dial campaign) or can be a scheduled campaign using a Web interface. Credit card payments are encrypted, meaning information is not stored, ensuring the privacy and security of the card holder.
As an inbound process, the convenience of being able to make payments any time of the day or night is a significant advantage to customers.
